S.C. RND Automatic SOL SRL, as Beneficiary, implemented the project „Increasing the Competitiveness of SC RND AUTOMATIC SOL SRL”, SMIS code 310437, financed through the North-West 2021-2027 Regional Programme. The policy objective of the project is Policy Objective 1 „A more competitive and smarter Europe by promoting innovative and smart economic transformation and regional ICT connectivity”, Priority 1 „A competitive region through innovation, digitalisation and dynamic enterprises” and Specific Objective 1.3 „Enhancing sustainable growth and competitiveness of SMEs and job creation in SMEs, including through productive investments”.
Financing Contract no. 55/21.06.2024 was concluded with the North-West Regional Development Agency, acting as the Managing Authority for the North-West 2021-2027 Regional Programme.
The total value of the project is RON 17,323,111.32, of which RON 6,223,497.61 represents European Union co-financing and RON 1,098,264.29 represents financing from the national budget.
The general objective of the project was to increase the competitiveness of RND AUTOMATIC SOL S.R.L. in the field of manufacturing industrial automation systems and specialised automated machinery (specific to Advanced Manufacturing Technologies), within 21 months from the signing of the financing contract.
Following the implementation of the project, the following results were achieved: certain construction works were carried out, and specialised equipment was purchased for the production of industrial automation systems and specialised automated machinery, including systems adapted to provide access for persons with disabilities. Equipment incorporating the latest energy-efficiency technologies was also purchased, eight new jobs were created, and an increase in labour productivity was recorded at company level.
The project started on 5 September 2023 and was completed on 24 March 2026.
